Is this mean I got rejected from UB?

I send a mail to UB, and ask Do you receive my application? I told them my common ID,birthday, and full name. Their response on below

Thank you for your interest in the University at Buffalo. We do not offer any type of online system to check your application status. Our office sends out e-mails bi-weekly to alert students to any missing documentation that is required for the application review. If you do not receive an e-mail from us, then we do not require additional paperwork from you at this time. Please allow for 3-4 weeks for our office to process and match incoming application components to your file. Thank you and have a nice day. Admissions decisions will start going out of our office in early March.

University at Buffalo

My friend asked them before and he got accepted to UB. We got different response from UB.
We have same SAT score(scale of 1600) and above 3.2 GPA

I did not receive any mail from UB, I do not know if I get accept or not.

It sounds like they have all of your documentation but have not made a decision yet.

Is UBMAIL working for anyone? Its been saying theres an error since activating my UBIT account (which i can log in fine) but when trying to log in to mail, it does not work.

I just got my acceptance in the mail. I am in state. Should be coming in soon.
