Is this possible?

Can you register for two SAT IIs on one particular date, but then on your test day only take one of them?

Yes, and vice versa (sign up for one or two and take up to three). They bill you later for taking more, but no refund for taking less and your score shows up as "results not available." At least, that's what happened for my SAT 2 Chem.

wait, what happened. they billed you for not finishing???

No, they bill you if you sign up for one SAT 2 and take 2 or something. For example, if I had signed up for Math 2C and then decided to take Physics as well, I'd get billed later for the Physics test. However, if I had signed up for 2C and Physics and only took 2C, I would not get a refund.

So it's true that if I signed up for 2 tests and I only want to take 1 on test day, I can?

Yes or No

yes, but you lose $9 (or more if its a listening test)

What ^ said. You don't get a refund but you can certainly just not take it.

Okay, cool.
Thanks

Wow--I never knew that.
