I am currently a math/econ major and am planning on getting into a career such as IB. I have been accepted into the Richard Ivey School of Business (HBA) in Canada (the main target for banking in Canada, they placed 7 in GS NY in 2010). My current plan assuming I do not transfer into any other program is to graduate from Ivey and enter the MSC Finance program at Princeton (assuming I get selected). Would this be a viable education pathway into banking or would it be smarter to forgo the MSC and dive right into banking?

I am not interested in pursuing a PhD but I am interested in adding some prestige/American education for flexibility.
