My friend and a Spanish teacher told me that for the additional information section, adcoms will only read one page worth of material. Is this even close to being true?

So far when filling out my additional info section, I've been listing my resume of awards for debate/foreign language/other competitions, and I found I've reached three pages, and I still have more things to add! Am I in major trouble??

Any ideas on how I could cut down? I’ve won about 14 awards in debate at varying competitions, 4 in Foreign Language and a couple miscellaneous distinctions (ie. being selected to have a lunch with a politician to debate healthcare.)

That’s pretty impressive! But maybe you have a lot of elaboration which is added to the length? Try to cut some of that… I’m not sure I would do multiple columns… it seems like it would be a lot harder to read, unless you are simply listing awards, in which case it would be perfect.

^Oh yeah, I assumed you were just listing awards when I said multiple columns. If you have a lot of description for each thing, I would start by cutting some of that
