Is transferring from a U.S Community college to a European university possible?

I’m currently enrolled in a community college in california. I would finish my General ed and transfer to a university here but the costs of loans I would have to take out would be a big burden.

If assuming housing isn’t an issue, is it possible at all to apply as a transfer student to a european university? Particularly Germany?

Seems like a long shot, but I want to complete my education with little to no debt as possible.

Most European universities would expect you to begin as a first-year student. To find out about possible options in Germany, contact the Education Officer at the closest German Consulate. That person will be able to help you find out what you need to know.
