Is US Berkeley asking me to superscore the ACT?

I'm applying to UC Berkeley and it asks for me to state my highest individual scores on the ACT (highest for each of the 4 subjects) if I took it more than once. So does that mean they want the highest composite score I've gotten for a single test OR they basically want me to create a superscore out of the highest individual scores I report?

Depends how it’s worded. I’m not sure since I am not applying this year. From the looks of it, looks like you’re superscoring the ACT!

Tell me the results when you get it :)

It says,
•Record your scores exactly as they were reported by the testing agency.
•If you have taken a test more than once, record your highest overall score.
•Tests taken before February 2005 will not meet UC’s Examination Requirement.

Berkeley does not superscore.

As cjgone says, the UCs do not superscore. List the individual scores from your highest overall score (which is exactly what it says in the second bullet you typed above).
