<p>I was filling the ISFAA form with my dad...it was all good until they asked: "List agencies/foundations/government to which you are applying for financial aid." I am very new to this, and I thought it was the university that gives the financial aid. So I can't write all the universities' names on that list, since there are only two rows. What exactly are they asking for?</p>
