<p>I haven't been able to log onto ISIS in days. It first said that my D's password expired and now it just dosen't do anything. Anyone else have difficulty? My D has not changed the password. When I logged onto gatorlink it said that we already have an account (yeah, one they won't let us access)!</p>
<p>Chill out, soccer mom. Simply call the UF Tech Help desk. They have to reset your password, that's all. Once that's done, you can log on any time and look at your D's application. I did this btw.</p>
<p>Thanks did that and now it works. D was unhappy that we had to reset her password though...she loved her old one. System said her old password had expired (which doesn't make sense since she had just created it last September and they are supposed to be good for a year).</p>
