Ithaca chances???????

I now really want to go to Ithaca college to major in business administration. My high school gpa as of now (im currently about to end my junior year) is around a 2.8-2.9. I haven’t gotten my SAT scores back, but i’m expecting around a 1650. 500 in reading and writing, and a 650 in math. I want to take the ACT, and hopefully get a score somewhere between 24-27. Would taking the ACT even help me? I also have 50+ hours of community service. Would getting more community service hours help me? The only extracurricular activities that I have is baseball freshman and sophomore year if that even matters. I know my GPA isn’t good, I had a whole different look on my future the last couple years so I slacked off. Is there anything I can do my senior year or even during the summer before senior year to make up for the crappy GPA? Thanks a ton for the help!!
