they will announce the news a BIT earlier...like 3 PM.. or 4 PM :(</p>

<p>It’s been 5pm Eastern for as long as I’ve been here.</p>
<p>Stanford, for example, officially released results at 3 PM, but the decision email didn’t get around to EVERY SINGLE applicant until much later. If Yale does that to me (the official time is 5 PM, but I imagine not everyone will be able to actually access the information until 5:10 ish), I will have to check into a mental sanitarium before I even find out whether I got in.</p>
