I've just become attracted by Princeton...

They really seem to have an incredible amount of courses in both economics and math, with tons of breadth and depth in the offerings of both departments. Is this an illusion, or do they really have more courses than similar-sized schools?

Princeton has fantastic (and popular!) econ and math departments, so no, this is not an illusion :)

I just found it very surprising...I've been looking at places like Chicago and Penn, and Princeton has such a better offering of Math and Econ courses...too bad I won't get in here :(.

Don't say that! Apply and see what happens... you never know! :)

Yea JPPS! No way you'll ever need to give up before even trying for this dream school!

Apply JPPS because I am! I truly love Princeton (not because it is Ivy) but because it is a good fit for me and hopefully they will believe I am a good fit for them and have a lot to contribute to their student body. It is a HUGE reach for me, mainly due to my SAT scores and not having national recognition for something. Frankly, my chances are probably like 1% of getting accepted. Hey, but it's a chance!!!

Oh, I'm going to be applying ;).
