<p>It’s really about what you do in that school at a certain point, as opposed to the school itself. The school sets a certain benchmark. I have a fair amount of friends who drive themselves towards individual achievements rather than thinking “omg I’m at McIntire and not Wharton”, and they get pretty fantastic jobs.</p>
<p>Barring that, OP can apply to MIT and go by the science route.</p>
