January 2013 SAT QAS

So when will the QAS come out?

Bump … Anyone?

Usually it comes out right before the next test date I think. So, soon.
Not everyone will get it at the same time though obviously.

The next test date is tomorrow and I haven’t received my QAS yet.

^you international?
If so, then give it some more time…

It took my friend about 2~2.5 months after the October SAT to receive hers.

Mine took forever for the November 2012 SATs

oh… nov 12… terrible memories… will never get over it… lol…
I WAS dying for the QAS at some point, but now… thank God I don’t need it any more… Now you made me realize that if I had put my life on pause for it to arrive, It would have been too late by the time it arrived… and in turn by the time I managed to take a copy from my friend,…

Wait, how is there QAS for November test dates; it’s only in Jan, May and October, isn’t it?

Well… my friend said she ordered one… I dunno… never thought of ordering one to start with…
But that makes me think…
Let me check

Oh yeah it is only Jan, May, and Oct…
that ^%$&^*!!! srsly!
She couldn’t have meant sas cuz I was VERY CLEAR! BAH!
anyways… whatever… hope urs comes in asap…

and wait! The internationals are only entitled the May one! Oh God… --… ok now I just feel stupid… O0

Hi :3

There was a math question on the Jan 2013 SAT regarding the answer being 16pi.

Frequent roamers of this forum would most likely know what i’m talking about, but does anyone know how to approach this answer? I got extremely lucky with a guesstimate.

To ring a bell; it involved 2 circles with their radii given, and a “diamond” in between the two circles and you had to find the total arc length of the two circles what isn’t covered up by the diamond.

PLS I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DO THIS LOL

can anyone tell me the difference between the QAS and the SAS. I ordered the SAS but i still didnt get it :(

^^^^
"The Question-and-Answer Service (QAS) is a test-disclosure service that includes a booklet copy of the test you took, with a table of correct answers and scoring information. For each question, it also tells you about the type, level of difficulty, what your answer was, and whether it was correct, incorrect or omitted. QAS costs $18.00. It is offered worldwide in May, and on select Saturday test dates in the United States and Canada (see the chart below).

• The Student Answer Service (SAS) is a service that provides you a report with information about the type of questions on your test, their level of difficulty and whether your answers were correct, incorrect or omitted. SAS costs $13.50. It is offered for any SAT test for which QAS is not offered"- says collegeboard :)

thank you @2200andbeyondXD but i did not get my SAS until now any advice?
is the QAS offered internationally as well?

um… email them?
That’s the advice I give anyone…
since you’re in Egypt and all, I think calling might be a lil expensive cuz you’re international and all… Plus, they put you on hold a lot, and it gets so frustrating. They give you no real info or anything… srsly…
They will usually answer your email after “2 business days”…

The QAS is offered internationally only in May…
Don’t let a friend put your hopes high and tell you otherwise… lol

thank you ma man

lol… anytime young Pharaoh… :)
