I just sent them an email, usually, it takes them a day or two to reply, but due to the current situation, it is expected to be longer than that

Ohh, sorry to hear that. I also received mine today, and my app will be further reviewed, I am hoping for the best. Anyway, I wish you all the best for the future :slightly_smiling_face:

Do they reply to your emails? Iā€™ve sent about 3 to 4 emails regarding the status of my application in the past 3 months, but still no reply of any sort as of yet.
Their email is the ā€˜askadmissionsā€™ one, right?

No, I didnā€™t apply online. I managed to mail my packet in late september

Usually they reply an email within 3 days. But this year is different, they already stated on the website that the precautions that have to be respected due to the pandemic caused them to have a delay in the processing of applications.

Also, in a situation like this, itā€™s for sure that youā€™re not the only one who contacted them, I did as well, so did most of other applicants whether domestic or international, so they may be flooded with emails and cant reply these and process the app at the same time.

All I can say is, donā€™t expect any reply to your email, have a high hope that your application process was successful, and be confident that you will receive an update within the next few days or weeks.

I have already received the January update in early February. Letā€™s suppose that they have finished processing all application on January 30th, you can expect the update anytime until mid to late February. In the meantime, you should also check your spam folder to see if itā€™s in there. To be safe search for ā€œberea collegeā€ on your inbox. If you donā€™t get the update by the end of February, you should consider calling them to get more info about it.

If you have already received the January update, the final decision will come out no later than March 30th. If you still havenā€™t received any update whatsoever, I highly recommend you phone them.
