We all know that Middlebury is well known for its language programs. Despite this, I haven't always heard the best thing's about the school's Japanese Program. Unfortunately, this is what I'm hoping to study... Anyone know if Middlebury's Japanese Program holds up to the standards set by its other language programs? I've already been admitted there and am looking to decide between it, Colgate, Tufts, and Georgetown, all of which have reasonably strong Japanese programs. I also heard that the school really drowns its students with work and no matter how smart you are you'll be spending an absurdly excessive amount of time working. Is there any truth to this? Thanks!
