Eastman, suny purchase, McGill, nec, Indiana, William Patterson. That should get you started.
Check out UNT. My buddy from college went there for his MM in jazz trumpet and seemed to love the experience
I second NEC. My drum instructor went to UNT undergrad and NEC for his masters.
