Does anyone know anything about getting a JD/MBA? This has been sounding interesting so I'd like to learn more about it. Thanks

It's a joint degree program that gets you both a law and graduate business degree. Corporate lawyers might benefit from it, but it's really more appropriate for business professionals who have an interest in law than lawyers who have an interest in business. That's what I heard. I also heard that it doesn't add much value and that some recuiters will think you're not really dedicated if you get both degrees, but I'm not sure.

Also, when you apply for those programs, you will have to get into the law school AND the business school. So let's say you want to do the Harvard joint degree program. You will have to be accepted into HBS and HLS before you qualify for the program.
