Hey guys,
I'm currently in the 10 grade and want to be a part of the JF program 2 years down the line. As I study in India, there are two courses I can, Commerce ( No sciences ) and A-levels ( Math, English, Physics, Accountancy and eco ). I want to know if I take commerce, there's no chance at the JF program right?.
And suggestions on what I should take?

JF is business and engineering. Engineering admission requires physics and Math.

Hi @Mopineedshelp - I am the Associate Director of the Jerome Fisher Program. @texaspg is correct - to be considered for admission into the Jerome Fisher Program we will need to see that a student has successfully taken physics and calculus, preferably at the highest level offered at their school. My suggestion would be to pursue A-levels, but do discuss this with your guidance counselor before making any decisions.
Hey the commerce program is not really that good of an idea because Commerce is not considered the most rigorous of courses by counselors and they might be inclined to tell the universities that your courseload is not the most rigorous which would be a real negative for a prestigious program like JF. My advice would be take the levels and try to pursue your interest in commerce elsewhere. Maybe take me as an example I took up Sciences(ISC) in grade 11 but I was also interested in commerce and economics so I joined a program for future entrepreneurs. It’s good that you are thinking of JF from grade 10 you can really plan it out this way.
Thank you so much @Bored1997 and @mtprogramatupenn :'D
