<p>Five years after the founding of the School of International Service, President John F. Kennedy gave his Nuclear Test-Ban Treaty speech at American University’s commencement. American University held a speech writing contest and an event with Chris Matthews on JFK’s speech. Here’s the video that AU made to commemorate the 50th anniversary of JFK’s speech:</p>
