Hey everyone! I'm heading to Johns Hopkins next year and I want to major in something around International Business.
To do this, I go through the International Studies program with a focus on economics, yes? no?
Also, out of curiosity, does anyone know how their International Business program is ranked?

Well no ranking since there is no official International Business program at Hopkins. If International Business is what you want to pursue, at Hopkins your options would include double majoring in International Studies (which is one of the top program in the country) and Economics. You also will have the option of our "Business minor" which is known as Entrepreneurship and Management.

The best way to get real International Business experiences while studying at Hopkins is to focus your internships and research in that specific area. Your academic advisor and the Career Center will be able to assist you there.

Hope that helps.

How hard is it to double major in economics and business? Do some of the programs intersect so that I get credits for both a degree in business and international studies?

Once again there is no Business major at Hopkins. You could be either an Economics major and complete the Business minor OR you could be an IR major and Business minor OR you could be a double major IR and Econ. All possibilities are feasible.
