JHU vs. UCLA bioengineering (undergrad)

I have been admitted to both UCLA's bioengineering program and the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
As space is extremely limited for BME at JHU, I was was offered admission to the school with the ability to take up majors very similar in nature to BME.
Financially, I will be able to afford JHU at its cost but would be paying in-state tuition for UCLA. This amounts to a cost difference of around ~120k over four years.
I visited JHU and absolutely loved the campus and the environment. I will soon be visiting UCLA.
My questions: is JHU worth the extra money compared to UCLA, seeing that it is #1 in BME, the field I want to go into? Will JHU assist me more than a large school like UCLA in getting to a better graduate school?
Thanks in advance for advice.
