Does anyone know when it is and whether parents should stay for it?
Convocation, as in a graduation ceremony?
Convocation is a ceremony at the end of orientation week where you are officially welcomed into Hopkins with much pomp and circumstance. It has the air of a graduation ceremony but without the waking. I don’t think it’s worth it for your parents to stay. I’m not sure if there’s room for spectators and the ceremony is live streamed.
