<p>peabody --the building--is beautiful and very impressive. the neighborhood around it seems okay but not bucolic. it is in downtown bmore after all.</p>
<p>the facilites far exceed many other schools. audition days are among the best that music schools offer.</p>

<p>I actually think it is a beautiful city neighborhood that is pretty well kept up. The Helmand Afghan restaurant down the street is owned by the brother of Afghan Pres, Hamed Kharzai.
Baltimore is a small enough city that students who are not used to city life can be comfortable.</p>
