Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth College Accreditation

Does anyone have any information as to whether colleges (particularly the UC's, Stanford, and the Ivies) accept Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth math courses as legitimate college credit?

I am an Eighth Grader taking Algebra 2 over the summer. My high school accepts the credit for placement in Pre Calculus, but I am concerned whether colleges will accept the course as fulfilling their proper prerequisites (like the UC's a-g requirements). After my high school runs out of math courses after Calculus AB, I plan to take more courses from Johns Hopkins. Will colleges acknowledge these to place in the correct advanced math? If anyone has been through this before I would appreciate any guidance or references!

Um, I don’t think so Anyway they accept the AP exam, not the ap class.

Yes AP credit is what gives you college credit. Your counselor can help guide you through this process when the time comes.
