@Grapess TBH I asked my mom earlier if I can take sleeping pills so I can sleep and wake up right before decisions are released :))
But she said no so I have no idea how Im going to deal with my nerves till 3!!
@itsesthery Nonetheless, JHU is still pretty competitive. Hence the reverse psychology strategy.

I hope you will please reward yourselves tomorrow whether or not you are accepted, because getting a decision is not an achievement or a failure in itself. Really there’s no point in fretting. We should all celebrate that we did the work to get to this point.

Ugh after being rejected from both UChicago and Northwestern I have little hope for JHU. 
Did any of you apply to the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship? Applying for that fellowship shouldn’t have any impact on the decision right?
@boulangerie Both UChic and NW are very very competitive schools so don’t get discouraged! 
I got rejected from NW today also and haven’t been able to tell my mom about it yet. Really hoping I get admitted somewhere tomorrow ( I’d probably die from crying too much if I get admitted to Hopkins) haha
@itsesthery I applied! Yeah, from what I recall hearing from my interview, the fellowship application doesn’t have any bearing on the decision itself.
Yeah, it’s like a bloodbath of waitlists/rejections, haha. Hoping for the best, but kind of recognize that Hopkins is pretty competitive as well. Would be a nice break to the rejections though!
What time are decisions coming out?

Rejection is much more difficult when you’ve become invested in that school, emotionally. Perhaps it is in everyone’s best interests to pay as little mind to these decisions as possible to keep from the inevitable disappointment. (Learned hard way after being rejected ED from Penn)
Guys I’m really freaking out… This is my top school and I both want my decision and don’t because I’m so worried about the outcome…
