Guys, I submitted my non tax filer forms for me and my mom via IDOC to JHU before the deadline. Since then, on my portal, this is how they’re showing up:
“Parent Non Tax - Received”
“Mother Non Tax - Received”
“Student Non Tax - Received”
“Parent Signed Foreign Tax Returns - Awaiting”
I did send an email to JHU about the fact that my tax returns are awaiting even though I’m not even supposed to submit them and I was given a reply that my checklist was complete. But to this day, my tax returns are still at “awaiting”. What do I make of this?

@IlluminatiIsReal omg fellow WashU reject, hey! I was fine with my rejection until I found out people from my school got in with 0 intention of going, and they didn’t even show interst. Sighhhh
Good luck to everyone! I will be shocked if I get in, but hoping it goes my way. Regardlesss of what happenes, don’t let this decision or any other decision diminish your hard work and self-worth! I know everyone has worked so hard in and outside of the classroom. College admissions sucks, tbh. Not saying I have a plan to fix it, but something needs to change, I’d say. What ever though.

@Ashtash hey good to see someone in the same boat! In fact I am on a rejection streak - first Princeton deferral and then MIT and WashU rejections. How is it going for you apart from WashU?
@IlluminatiIsReal I got into my safeties (including NEU), so that’s good! Deferred from Georgetown:/, rejected from WUSTL, and I’m waiting on a bunch more. I find out 3 today, so hopefully I’ll walk away with an acceptance!

@PPofEngrDr I feel like I saw another! JHU is even tougher, so I’m not feelin great, but I know people who got rejected from Georgetown and accepted at Harvard. They’re all so different! Best of luck to your D (right?)!
