<p>So I'm watching CSPAN right now, and I have not seen this in any other threads, but it looks like Adm. Mullen will be the new Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff while General Cartwright will be the new Vice Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff. I saw a thread about Adm. Giambastiani retiring, but these hearings must be the subsequent results.</p>
