<p>I'm applying to the CoE and I know that there's a joint degree program between engineering and art and design. I want to take art classes at umich regardless but I'm not sure if I want to pursue an actual major in it alongside engineering. So I'm wondering if it's possible to apply for the dual program in first year and how hard it would be to do so.</p>
