joint degree programs at yale?

I was browsing online on yale's website and I can't figure out how the MD-PHD and MD-JD programs work. Can anybody enlighten me as to how these programs work in connection with undergrad? thanks a lot!!!

Can you clarify? Those prgms have nothing to do with undergrad. The grad/professional schools admit according to their own criteria. Occasionally students who enter the College of outstanding merit can apply to get a BA/BS and a MA/MS in four years.

I’m not aware of any joint BA/MD, BA/JD, BA/PhD programs.

you apply for both right out of your choice ba program.
it takes 7-8 years to complete them.
the md-phd degree is completely free, i’m not sure though about the md-jd.
your majors must pertain to something scientifically related.
hope i helped.

While it is likely that to be accepted into the MD/PhD program you will have needed to conduct research while an UG, you can major in anything.

p.s. Yale’s MD/PhD program and it’s funding works like similar programs at other Med schools.
