<p>does anyone know how active aspiring journalists are at gtown? i know the hoya is biweekly instead of daily, but does anyone know how intense it really is? do many gtown students get internships at newspapers/tv stations/magazines? if students ARE interested in journalism, what do they generally major in?</p>
<p>The ones I know all majored in English. One went on to write for the Baltimore Sun, one for the Philadelphia Inquirer, and one for the Washington Times sports section and Sports Illustrated Page 2 (online).</p>
