I had another experimental than the one discussed. I don’t remember the Qs tho ughh

@br1717

but -5^2 is still 25. I know the problem didn’t say ±sqrt(ab) but it just seems like that’s always been the case?

how’s the curve looking?

For the max number of angles I think I got two.

@meghanelizabeth same I don’t think you could get three or any odd number

@kaffy describe the x+1 y-1 question more

I dont think you were supposed do that, im not sure though I see where you’re coming from

theres a total of 6 angles, and they tell u it needs to be greater than 90 but less than 180, since you want the most of those angles you pick the smallest number. If each angle was 90 there would be 4, but since it has to be greater than 90, it’s only 3,

edit: im prob wrong

Consolidated Answers so far
20 stacked cups was 48.
The last gridin question with the digits of n was 122
The one with the circle with two diameters was I. only
The last one on the 20 minute section with the triangles was 17
The one before it with the a + b/2 = square root of ab was options II. and III. I believe, a = 0 and a>0
The one with f g h and it asked you for a value of g(5) you could’ve put any integer between 25 and 28 or 29 I believe
The one with the volume of the sphere inside a cylinder was 2/3
The one with the vitamin c was 320
The one where you have an equation and it asks you for r of (r,s) when the graph intersects the y axis (answer is 0 because it’s the x coordinate when it intersects the y axis)
How many quadratic functions with same x intercepts: more than 3
Which age could not be possible: 65
Median number of puppies: 2
Chef question with salads: 80
what is y in terms of x: 3x
the one with the symbol and 360/1//2 = 720
the one with the charity was 5,000
the one where it it tells you y is within a certain range and x/y = y , 4 was one of the answers
triangle perimeter 14, smallest side = 3
The one with two triangles and it asks you for the sum of two sides of the bigger triangle: 16.5
shaded unshaded square/circles: 50
girl/train/clocks ahead: 26
max number of angles of three lines greater than 90 less than 180: 2
Gridin where it asks for the value of an angle: 55
the question ax + ay = a^2, whats x + y =, answer = a
The question with z and x, where z = x +10 : answer = 0
least to greatest median: -.0003 or something

Why was the one with the circles and diameters answer only I? I said all 3…

@br1717

if you draw the angles out, you will see that each angle must have a corresponding vertical angle of the same measure. thus the answer had to be two and not three. because if you had three you must have had four because the third angle has a vertical angle with the same measure.

What was the one that had an imaginary number. It told you find the median if the numbers were placed from least to greatest.

Why about the one where its like “3 lines intersect to form 6 non overlapping angles. What is the maximum number tht can add to more than 90 and less than 180?” I said 4

there were no imaginary numbers

-.0003 ^ 10char

i put -.006 or something like that, but there was no imaginary number, the negative was outside the radical

@br1717

the x+1 y-1 might have been experimental because I know I had experimental math but it was that the expression “x+1” varies directly with the expression “y-1” If x=5 when y = 3 what is the value of x when y = 2 or something like that

There was a negative sqrt, think it was the sqrt-49. The list had pi in it

@kaffy that was experimental

the numbers in order of least to greatest were - (square root 49) -1 -1/3 -.0006 and idr the rest cause I jsut went up to the 4th number

I also got 2 for max number of angles because no matter how u draw the 3 lines, u are going to have the same 3 angles on each side which means it would have to be 2 or 4 and can’t be 4 so must be 2…

That was my reasoning. Not sure though

Ok br1717 thanks

also for the angles one, if you draw two lines perpendicular you have 4 90 degree angles, so the first two cant be perpendicular. after you draw the first two lines you have 2 angles > 90 but < 180 and any further line would only be able to divide them up and make them smaller (or cut the already sub-90 angles), so I put 2.
