shadowrider how about me??

5 omit and 3 wrong so far!

I omitted 4 and probably got a bunch wrong. maybe 10. great..

thanks ShadowRider78

r was 6. I'm positive.

r was 6.

What is 3 omit and one wrong?

think that is 800

could sb explain y r was 6 . Thanks !

for the polynomial i tihnk that there could be 0 zeros...it could have been anywhere for 0 to 6.

afruff23 , if you're so smart why do you even have to ask...just calculate it yourself!
or you're just showing how well you did compared to everyone else

i have 1 zero

The answer was 1 zero, but I stupidly did descartes rule of signs(and did it wrong) and put 5.

dammit its 1 zero...
aah so stupid i didnt realize that x^5 was like x^3 and that always crosses the x-axis at least once

I NEED to know if anyone else did not have the probkem 99-100 problem ??????? DID I MAKE MC mistake .... do they ever put different questions

I agree. Test wasn't hard, but there wasn't enough time.

50 questions in 60 mins
how fair is that....
so lame

For Polynomial quesiton i just put some really wierd function into poly on my calculator and it gave me only 1 real root and 4 complex ones. I rememebred seing that whole descarte thing in barrons but didnt remeber the formula. YAY i guess i got lucky.

To the people who have taken this test before: how'd you think it was compared to the one you've done previously? do you think you did better? i mean knowing that the test wasn't hard and there wasn't enough time, do you think there will be a good curve?

Yea i really stuggled to finish but i guess thats wat makes it hard. If we had only like 40 quesitons everyone woudl get 800's.

This time, it will probably be 6-7 wrong for 800
