June SAT 2013 Score Countdown!

2100
CR 690
Math 750
Writing 660

I’m pretty disappointed. I got an 80 (=800) in CR in the PSAT. I expected better, but oh well, I still have time. At least this was the first time I took the SAT.

So happy!!
Math II-760
Bio m- 760
Chem-800

congrats Sabra!

I think we all got screwed over by critical reading.

Dec 2012
CR-640
Math-720
Writing-710

June 2013
CR-640
Math-740
Writing-780

yeah same here for the people who studied their ****ing ass off for CR. no improvement

I hate all of you. :sob: Is a 1660 good ?

I feel you all on CR guys. I didn’t think it was too bad but BAM. Any1 retaking just for the sake of CR? I know I am…and to get my Math up from 750 to 800.

@OregonNerd Dude, I know how you feel. Whenever I come to this forum I feel like I’m surrounded by GENIUSES and if you don’t score AT LEAST 2000 you’re an idiot.

To everyone else this was my first time taking the SAT and I crammed 3 days before because I-…I’ve crammed for pretty much everything else in my life and got by. I got a 1750, is there much room for improvement for me? CR - 580 Math - 540 Writing - 630
I’d really like to improve my score, but since this was my first time I really don’t know how?

@k12rises yep definitely retaking october 5th…i’m applying to Tepper at CMU

@MissShoko I basically did the same thing, except only the night before. I used a completely foreign calculator. I managed a 1760 which is way lower than I wanted. But you guys have encouraged me. I can always improve.

Weirdly, the Critical Reading wasn’t that bad for me. I got a composite of 2100 (730 CR, 660 M, and 710 W), so CR was really my best, which I didn’t expect because it was always my worst on the practice tests (and I had a bad feeling about that particular section after the test, too). I might have had a different test than most of you guys as I live in Germany (I read somewhere that they have different ones in different time zones, which makes perfect sense to me), but idk… I’m really surprised anyway, I didn’t expect my scores to be this good (especially because it was my first time taking the SAT) :)

You guys all did really good. You should all be proud of your scores. As for me, I am content with my score as it went up 120 points in the sections I really needed it. I will be taking it again in October, it seems like many of us will be. Have fun summer studying!

SAT Math II - 800
SAT US History - 780

I guess I did oaky

CR 740
M 740
W 800

2280! What a relief… and if I superscore with my CR score of 790 from my first time it’s a 2330… Thank god I don’t have to do this again lol

But the critical reading this time around must’ve had a harsh curve or something, it’s kind of surprising seeing how everyone did.

@Megan702 I’m applying to med programs and GWU subject test scores are generally above 700

@am2014 ya I definitely recommend retaking then. a 690 is still good though! Just retake mainly your science tests.

yay third time in October…

Got a 730 CR, 790 M, 800 W

What is with the screwy CR on this test? On all the practice tests I’ve ever taken (which is ALOT) I’ve gotten 790-800 CR lol

I got a 1910 :C
My first time, no studying and a bad night’s sleep. Crazy thing is I felt really good about it.
I’m going to get a prep book and study better, am I kidding myself to be shooting for a 2200?

660 Math 2
680 Spanish w/o listening
710 Physics

So disappointed. I really wanted a good score.

@megan702 ya I’m gonna retake it and not to mention gotta retake math also :/

Can someone explain why people take Math 1 and Math 2.
