Junior Year C

So I'm in a situation where I'm probably going to end up with an 83 for my final grade in Honors Chem. I know this is horrible, but the rest of my classes are As.
I don't want to do anything chem related in college, and am taking Applied Chem this semester (different teacher, and its online, so no friends to distract me) and wil probably do a lot better.
Will this grade seriously effect my chances at a good school? I want to go to NYU, Northwestern, UNC-Chapel Hill, Vassar, Georgetown, CMU, Brown, and then Columbia is my huge reach. (with safeties like App State and Bryn Mawr and American as matches).
I'm taking Honors Applied Chem, Honors International Relations, APLang, APUSH, APStats and honors Precal this semester. I want to study theatre and political science in college, advice is greatly appreciated.

We need to know what does that C fall into that sea of grades that is your transcript, as well as ECs and test scores…
