Junior year classes?

Hi, I'm going to be a junior this year in high school and am planning to become a doctor. I am also very interested in the combined med programs. This year, I am taking ap comp (english), ap bio, ap us history, honors pre calc, honors spanish 3, and photography (I still need a year of art). Now, I am a bit confused because I don't know whether or not I should switch photography into ap enviro or ib psych (no ap offered) so that I can have one extra weighted class. Senior year I will be taking 6 ap's (lit, gov, econ, calc, chem, spanish). So if I don't take a year of art junior year, I will have to take one extra class senior year. I have gotten all A's (except one B a semester in honors algebra 2) in school, but have not been able to take any ap classes. However, I have taken all the honors classes my school offered me in 9th and 10th grade. I also took chemisrty over the summer and took physics sophomore year. Should I add another ap/ib class (if so, which one?) or just stick to what I have? Thanks so much!
