Junior year schedule

Hello! I will be registering for classes soon for my junior year. My schedule is:

Honors Physics
AP English Language
AP USH
AP Biology
AP Calc AB and BC (2 classes, but I will take the BC test)
Honors French 4
Scientific Research (used to do extra labs in AP Biology)

Does this schedule work? Is there anything I should change? Should I replace scientific research with something else?

Is scientific research required to take AP Bio? Or can you do the Bio labs during Bio?

What is your intended major & schools you will be applying to?

It’s a good schedule if you think you can handle it. Honors physics will prepare you for AP Physics next year, which is a bonus.

Your schedule looks pretty rigorous and well balanced. However, I don’t go to your school so I can’t tell you how difficult your schedule is in context of your school.

Good Luck!

Scientific research is like an extension to AP Bio, although it is not required. I plan to major in bioengineering or pure science, and go to a good school, but I’m not aiming for HYPSM. Are there any tips for surviving next year? Thanks for the replies.

With 4 APs and 1 honors, it will already be a tough load, and since you want to do science, scientific research should be a good fit for you, plus it will help you with bio!

As for surviving, stay up with the readings and hw/studying! It’s not that hard to pass AP classes and do well on the tests if you have good time management. Also start looking over the first chapters and study books over your summer break.
