Just 510 in Cr From BB Test

Hey I have already finished 5 CR Test from the BB book and i end up with 500-520 score in cR. I need help!! I need more than 600 in CR.( and No Progress Sickens me.) and Will doing the test from the BB again help me.(I DOUBT IT)

Well I usually end up with 2-3 wrongs in Sentence completion question.(counted with the ones that i missed)

I usually take an extra minute or 2 to complete a whole section of CR. Need help with that too.

By the way i don't know but i usually get stuck in a question and i end up giving it 2-3 minutes and what the F*** the answer is wrong.

Tried both below mentioned passage techniques and need advice from you guys( by the way I am a slow reader. I have timed my self and i took 5 min to read the 100 line passage)

And to Tell you usually all the question that i end up with wrongs are the ones i keep ruminating on.

And Is there by any means to know which one is the difficult question(hard).

And the Most Important Question> To Do line REFERENCING QUESTION is it necessary to read the whole passage?

I suggest going over some vocabulary lists. Try using the process of elimination to rule out answers that are definitely not correct. If you still can't get the answer or make an educated guess, skip it. For the passages, I usually read the italicized text first, then all of the questions to understand what the questions are looking for. Then i read the passage and underline key points or lines that relate to the questions. I'm curious to see how you go about answering the general passage questions? Since you consider yourself a slow reader, I would suggest doing the line referencing questions first, then tackle the general passage questions. When reading a paragraph, read the first and last lines of the paragraph and try to determine the point of the paragraph. Also to do the line referencing questions, I do not think it's necessary to read the whole passage. Instead read a couple of lines before and after the specific line the question is referring to. I hope that helps.

I go directly to the questions.
You need to remember the thumb rule. Read a thumb's width (3 lines above and 3 lines below) from the line that is referenced for those questions.

are there any other rules that would be helpful
for a low scorer like me.

Hey does the thumb rule work for the lines refering to more than 3 lines form example(27-30)....

Hey I am so hopeless right now. People please! CC is only my hope no

lol, this guy cracks me up.

'ruminating' lol

just calm down, take a deep breath, maybe even sip a cold soda.

then, look back at your mistakes, try to understand why the right answer is the right answer, and take another test.
