Just a few questions before I send in my applications

So I’m using the common app and MIT’s app. I’ve filled out all of my forms, but my teacher hasn’t sent in his recommendation yet. Can I send mine in?

Is there anything I need to know? I just fill out common app and press send? I’m so paranoid. How does financial aid come into this? I don’t want to make any irreversible mistakes.

Also, for anyone who specifically knows about UChicago, how does their portal work? How do I link it up with my common app?

Yes. No. Yes. Check MIT’s Fin Aid site and see what’s required. No need to link Chicago’s site. The CA will send your docs to Chgo and they’ll update as they slowly download your submitted docs.
