answered 4 questions and was not doing my best
I am just wondering if it’s matter a lot [I was so nervous and was talking nonsense for one of the questions…]
I do pretty well in school [4.0/4.78] and superscored a 1540
my brother also goes to USC and I have awards and plenty of activities
I know wbb is really selective and will the admission office think I am not a good fit for the program because I am not that eloquent
freaking out…
You’ll never know - but ask yourself, why you bombed.
You’ll interview for internships, jobs, maybe other schools.
Did you not answer the questions? DId you ramble? Were you unprepared?
You can’t take it back but you can learn to do better.
I had my kids learn 3 or 4 scenarios - and they used those to pivot to most any situation/question asked.
Look up the STAR method.
Interviews are typically a small part of admissions.
You’ll never know why you do or don’t get in somewhere - but don’t worry about the past. But get better for the future.
btw - many do much better than they think. But yes, you want to feel confident after.
