Just generally confused and worried.

So I EA’d to a school in October and paid for SAT score sends the next day (actually did that twice on accident). On college board, my sends say they were fulfilled. The college that I EA’d to just sent me an email saying they’ve yet to receive my scores. Sure enough, on their portal it says that my scores didn’t get received. I’ve sent them an email with screenshots of my fulfilled order. Is there anything else I can do? Will this affect my application decision? Decisions have been coming out for a while and I think the last EA ones are coming out the 15th.

Hmmm…it sounds like maybe there’s an identity matching problem between College Board and the college. Yes, you need to keep following-up.

I suggest you call College Board asap to see if they can figure out what’s happening from their end. After all, you are a customer of their service! They might be able to re-send and/or offer other suggestions.

Sending the screen shots to the college was a good idea. Hopefully they can troubleshoot on their end. If you don’t receive a response today from the college, you should follow up with a phone call as well.

I do think this will get sorted out.

Be persistent but polite in all your interactions, and keep us posted!

This happened to my daughter last year. Turns out the score from college board didn’t get over to admissions properly. They found it within 48 hours and sent an email confirming that she was fine. If you don’t hear back, follow up.

She also sent a screen shot of not only the college board fulfillment screen but also of her score report.

Have yet to receive an email but I do plan on calling them within the next day. I’ll make sure to keep you updated!
