<p>I am planning on applying to Upenn (Wharton) as a transfer student. This is my first year in college so I will be applying for a sophmore spot. Does anyone at least have an estimate of what the transfer acceptance rate to Wharton is?</p>
<p>Remeber that kids from within Penn also apply to enter Wharton. Kids from other colleges in Penn who want Wharton.</p>

<p>Don't quote me on this, but I believe there are very limited spots, especially as a sophomore. I'm pretty sure that the only free spots in the school are from those who previously dropped out. You'll have to check with others about the exact details.</p>
