So, about 2 weeks ago, I sent in my SATI scores because I wanted to make it on time for the deadline. But I just took the Dec SATII test. Does that mean I have to send my scores/update my recipients again so that my colleges will get my new SATII scores? Paying twice sucks.

Yes, but you will get the first four free if you designate them before you take the test.

You can still change the recipients for the December SAT online. I think there are 6 more days left to make additions/changes.

I have one question:The collegeboard says that we can't only send SATI scores or only SATII subject scores. When we send one, if we have already taken another test previously , the scores of previous tests will be sent as well. That means, if I have taken SATI in Oct and Sat II in Dec and when I send only SATII scores in Dec, my SATI scores will be sent as well. That's what I got. If that's true then, why do we need to send SAT I and SATII scores separately? My college list has about 7 colleges and I had already sent my SATI scores to 4 colleges for free. The other 3 colleges I was thinking of sending SATII scores so that they receive my SATI as well as SATIIs . I am so curious, does that work?

There are 8 more days left to make additions/changes.

hello ?anybody ?I am so curious to know ...

When you send your scores, you send all of the ones you have already taken. If you sent your SAT I in October, that's all the schools have gotten. If you now send your SAT II scores, the schools will get both the SAT II and the SAT I, even if they previously got the SAT I.

Therefore, if there are only 3 schools that need to see your SAT II's, just send the new score report to those 3 schools. They'll also get the SAT I's, even if they got them before.

Does that help?

ok a quick question guys. Please help!

Q) If I designate a college as a recipient of my January 27th SAT scores, do I ALSO need to get a score report sent to them by January 1st?(that's their regular decision deadline, and I don't have so much $ to spend on 2 sets of score reports!)

Check the schools' websites. Does it say that January testing will be accepted for RD? If so, there's no need to send them for a Jan. 1 arrival. Does it say that January testing is too late for RD? Then send for Jan. 1 with Jan. 27 to follow. Is it silent on the issue? Call admissions.

Thanks for the help. I'm just going to send my scores to the schools that require them.
