Just took my ACT yesterday. Will my score arrive to my match schools in time? Reducing cost to send?

Hello!

I’m a bit worried. Will my scores reach my match schools in time if I took the test yesterday? What happens if my scores do not get there in time?

Also, I ranked 12 schools. Is there a way I can avoid paying $96 extra bucks to send score reports? What if they don’t even get there in time? That would be $96 wasted.

It depends on each school - check each school’s website, particularly if you are applying EA/ED anywhere.

@londondad Most schools that I am applying to (through Questbridge) take the October ACT. But will my scores be here in time?

If they say they will accept the October ACT, they will wait for the results before making a decision so long as you send the scores to the schools directly through the ACT.

@londondad but what if my scores take awhile to come out? What if there are delays in the ACT scores coming out? Sorry, I’m really worried.
