nice, thx for the improvment
I was just wondering about the class of 2009 ppl, if there is any...

There's an ED thread from last year, and probably a RD thread like it. In short, the answer is: ridiculously hard.

well it ain't HYPS if it ain't ridiculously hard

yup... there was a kid from my school a few years back who had 1480 combined SAT, valedictorian, legacy (his dad interviewed him lol), and early decision applicant...

He got rejected o.O!!!

But then again, that's all i know about him, other than the fact that I juggled with him. Maybe his essays were crap, because he was also soccer team captain and founder of our school's juggling club.

He is however, a junior at MIT right now

the fact that his dad interviewed him (which seems lame to me) might have gone against him...but who knows?

or maybe his dad was too ashemed to say he didn't like it at Pton and didn't want his son to do the same mistake as he did :p

JOKING guys!!!!!!!! :D

so.. any current Pton students here?
