Koreans taking SATII Korean?

Hello, I'm currently a Grade 11 student living in Canada (international).
I would like to go to Johns Hopkins.

I was wondering if taking Korean would look bad on me. I'm pretty sure I can score an 800.
Here's the catch.
I am a Canadian citizen. I've only lived in Korea for four years. I started school here, and I intend to finish school here as well (so by the time I send out apps it'll be my 13th year living here).
Would they be impressed that even after 13 years of living here I can still speak Korean perfectly? Or will I look like I'm too desperate, aha.

I plan on taking SAT II Bio (M), AP Calc, AP Phys, AP Chem, AP Eng Lit, AP Eng lang, AP Psychology for sure and maybe AP World History.

One offnote thing--
If I'm sending JHU early applications, that'll be sometime in fall/winter, right? But my school curriculum makes it so that we take AP's in may during our final year, so my ED will go out months before I even take an AP test.

Luckily, I can take AP Eng Lit and AP Psych and SAT II Korean (depending on reviews) this year and perhaps AP World History, but then that means my core AP subjects (Calc/Phys/Chem) won't be on my transcript at the time of ED. How does this work?! I will mention several times that I would like to be an oncologist because somebody who has impacted my life greatly was a cancer survivor, etc, etc.

Thanks for your input everyone, and good luck to you all :)

Many colleges will not consider FL SATs taken in their home language - it’s not foreign.

Impressed? Not in the least. If anything, they will question why you wasted money on a subject test in Korean.

98% of the test-takers are native/heritage speakers according to the [College Board](http://media.collegeboard.com/digitalServices/pdf/research/SAT-Subject_Tests_Lang-Performance-Years-Study-2012.pdf), and an 800 puts you in the 56th percentile also per the [College Board](http://media.collegeboard.com/digitalServices/pdf/research/SAT-Subject-Tests-Percentile-Ranks-2012.pdf)

AP exams are only offered in May. Lots of applicants are in the same position as you. Not to worry, though, AP scores carry little to no weight in the admissions process.
