<p>Thanks for the suggestion, unbelivablem. I tried checking out the activity websites. Some of teh MSA at the schools I'm considering don't have their own websites. I guess I'll just email the int'l kids or the kitchen staff.</p>
<p>You can order "objective" videos of schools. Probably not as good as a visit but better than nothing.</p>
<p>The administration is the best place to go to see if they have the food available, and the students are probably the best place to go to find out about the quality of the food.</p>
<p>Listen, I googled this entire kosher/ halal thing and there’s sth u shud know:</p>
<p>Part of the kosher ritual is that “The animal must be killed “with respect and compassion”[1][2] by a shochet (Hebrew: שוחט, “ritual slaughterer”), “A RELIGIOUS JEW WHO IS DULY LICENSED AND TRAINED” (Wikipedia) </p>
<p>Otherwise, it ain’t kosher. So it is more than just about merely slaughtering the poor animal… 
Same thing with halal meat… It is NOT halal if the person slaughtering is not Muslim and says the “Basmallah” before he slaughters the animal, It won’t be halal anymore… So this more than looking for an animal that wasn’t shot or whatever to death…. As a Muslim you should already know that…. And tell your parents to warn ur sis too… 
So start searching for Halal food serving colleges… only.</p>
