Got into both for the win!

It’s always interesting to see this happen, it’s obvious that each UC is its own entity and accepts students in different ways. Accepted to both, but I wonder if there are stats anywhere about how many cross admits there are or how many got into CAL and not LA, and vice versa

Got into bothh and received that disability supplement for CAL if that means anything

rejected from LA and accepted to berkeley! woo! 1850 superscored SAT too!

^Aren’t UCs single sitting?

got into both oos =]

That would be me. Rejected from LA for Biology. Accepted into Cal for Int. Biology! :D

rejected from LA for bio, accepted into Cal.

rejected from LA for biochemistry; accepted to Cal for Chemistry.

me too! got rejected LA but accepted to Cal.
WOW, is this sth that happens every year or only this year?

got into bothh for pre-biz. leaning more towards LA though since i’m from so cal and can commute :]

Rejected by UCLA. Accepted to Cal Spring semester (so surprised!!)

Rejected at UCLA, Accepted to Cal (and UCSD and UCSB). OOS too, although I’m sure the budget crisis helped me in that regard.

accepted at both :)

rejected at UCLA and UCSD (i was surprised, i had a 3.8 and a 35 ACT) but accepted at Cal (Regents)

I wonder what Cal’s and UCLA’s acceptance rates were this year…

I also got rejected to UCLA and spent the whole weekend on my bed crying about it LOL. I then felt HOPELESS about CAL… but I got in too!

This is me, accepted at Cal, denied at UCLA.

Never intended to go to UCLA in the first place.

Admit rate of only 21% for fall acceptees

same. rejected by la . admitted by cal. i sorta wish that I would have gotten in though

mkskycastle2, If I were you I’d do more research about the two schools before making up a decision. I am aware that UCLA is really good (and maybe has a more attractive environment) but business and econ at Berkeley is substantially superior to UCLA’s.
