In high school I participated in few extracurricular activities, and none of them are really noteworthy, but I had really good grades. Do I have a chance to get into any Ivy league? Thanks.

Basically, if you have good grades and other numerical values but don’t have any other things about yourself, you are out of luck. Plus you are international.
