I’m not very knowledgeable about individual colleges but I do know that TCNJ The College of NJ is a highly regarded, rigorous public LAC with good law school advising. My friends DD is a junior there majoring in philosophy planning on law school in the future, her dad is an alum who also went on to law school. The DD is LGBTQ and because it’s a public NJ school it’s more diverse than some of the others on your list plus it’s not rural. It’s larger at over 6,000 students and she’s likely to get enough merit to get to the 30K number. I don’t have much insight but I thought I’d throw TCNJ out there.
