Language Requirement Fulfilled in High School, How Will My IGETC Certification Go?

So, I was already accepted into UC Berkeley for the next Spring term. My spring semester at CC is almost over and I’m getting ready to get my IGETC Certification and Final Transcripts sent out.

However, I’m confused about how the language requirement will work. UCB asked for me to submit my high school transcripts to them in addition to my CC transcripts, even though I’m a junior transfer.

What I want to know is if that means I do not need my high school transcripts at the time of asking for an IGETC certification from my school (Is UCB asking for my transcripts to check this?).

You need to submit the transcripts to the UC, plus also to the CC, as that is the only way the CC can certify IGETC.
